    Well I ordered me a 40 gallon still, I was reluctant to send money to them , (cause no fault of thiers , I had been taking on 2 different online purchases) But I did anyway. He guy I spoke with was very professional in getting exactly what I wanted. On the wesite it does say turn around in about 14 days. Ok I seen a post online that was bashing this company on the 13 day. So me being the worry wort I am, I sent couple text messages to him about the awful bashing I had read. BUT he instantly ****** me back and comforted my concerns. I was very happy with this mans answers and didnt give it a second thought. Next day I was sent tracking number of my order. Yeah it took couple extra days to receive my still but he assured me all was well. Today I received my order and WOW what a thing of beauty. I am pleased to say I am very satisfied with what I got. And praise the man for being so professional to me and my concerns. So yes I would recommend this company to any of my friends out there in the distillers world. The ONLY problem I have had was they was a dent in my pot upon arrival, but hey that gives it character so no worries there, Im sure it happened in transport. If you are looking for a great product and professional people to work with, then please use this company.

    If you're interested in getting a still don't go base off of bbb ratings this company is fantastic. The distillery network are a awesome company to do business with, awesome owner who you can text or call night or day with immediate response.     As everyone below, I placed an order on May 5th here it is September, and still nothing. Just one excuse after another. Of course, the money was gone instantly. Stopped receiving responses to my emails. It is just so disheartening and frustrating. Guess this is how business is done now.

    I wanna thank Jonathan for giving me a nice service throughout the time when I was waiting for my order. Honestly there were times where i feel frustrated.     The delivery of my order went as planned! I'm in awe of the craftsmanship. The product is safe and secure and comes in nice packaging. I'm really proud of myself for having put my trust in Jon and his entire staff. I sincerely appreciate your effort and thank you for trying your best, people. Well worth buying!

    after i left my original review about this business, The owner contacted me directed and had apologized for the delay and the mix up with the package being delivered to the wrong address. After discussing things he made sure that the product was shipped to my correct address with 3 days and I had it at my door within less than a week. Amazing service and will be ordering from them again. Btw, the product is absolutely perfect and beautifully made. very impressed with the product, price and service now. thank you so very much again for sorting things out.

    Been waiting 6 months, asked for an ETA or a refund and have received neither. They should not take orders if they don’t have the capacity to fulfill them.
