    Date of Purchase: 9/13/23 Amount Paid: $35,000 What the Business Committed to ******************* which included: *Window, *swivels, *havelock wool install, *box awning, *air conditioner, * AC ceiling package, *AC soft start, *Webasto 4k gasoline, *roof rack, *ladder mounted back door, *panels with fabric, *trim, *cabinets, *anti-slip rubber flooring, *electrical, *lithium batteries, *dual alternator, *trailer hitch, *trailer wiring, *Max *** speed in and out with remote, *2 small exhaust fans mounted, *T Track floor rails, *labor Nature of the dispute: 1. Electrical work was so poorly done that there are safety/fire concerns so we needed to redo it ourselves and ***'s did not respond to requests to fix or reimburse us for the work we had to do. 2. All items still haven't been installed including, but not limited to: awning, heater and ladder. 3. Work needs to be warrantied. Attempts to resolve the problem: ***'s has not responded to our requests to resolve the issues despite our repeated requests.Invoice Number: #******* Weh

    5/15/22 Contract signed paid $3971.00 deposit w/ start date of May. (See attached) Start date put off several times over entire summer w/ may excuses that were acceptable (COVID, worker issues) Phone calls were rarely returned. We were paitent but meanwhile our RV continued to deteriorate (we live here). We have miles of text w/ these many excuses for not starting. When I finally called them for a refund we were answered with threats of too bad for you, we've dont this many times to people and you can sue us ect. Please see attached text from Ron's wife explaining this!!! Horrible people! We have these texts if you need any more details.

    Mr ***** is correct in somethings. We were hired to fix his camper, gave a deposit  of 3971.00 We had several  issues that developed thru the season, we had employee problems, Ron has eye issues and then the summer was gone. Due to lack of employees we had to shut down our road operation and we laid off our guys. We told Mr ***** that we intend to pay him back and we still plan to. Mr ***** had threaten us with court and we told him if thats what he wants to do then so be it, but court will just drag on and we would work out a payment with the court. We are sorry that we couldnt get it done but things happened beyond our control. We never threatened Mr ***** and we will be getting him his money back soon.
