            Kent’s towing had my jeep and trailer. I do not know who called Kent’s towing since all three police departments have banned Kent’s towing. The first day he wanted $1,100 cash only. A week later his employee wanted $3,000 cash only. I paid $3,000 in cash and Kent got irrate and started yelling at me and said I would have to pay $5,000 more. I went there to get my keys to my house and other vehicles and he hooked his tow truck up to the vehicle I was in and started yelling at me. He is hostile and I have asked the police to escort me there to get my keys but they wouldn’t. I called my bank and told them that Kent’s towing took my jeep and wouldn’t return it. I still owe $28,000 and I paid $50,000 for it. The police gave me the statutes that govern the tow industry and it was a police officer that told me that I should not have been charged more than $600 for the initial tow.

            I've always had a hard time finding an auto repair shop that I feel that I can trust. Too many of them are so focused on upselling me things that my car doesn't really need. The folks at Kent's erased all fears when they repaired my vehicle on time & under budget. They did everything I asked and it's now it's running as it should be. Kudo's to their whole team. They are a gem to have in the community I live in.
