Negative stars should be an option. Complete SCAM. Do not purchase. They have been ZERO help and covered ZERO repairs. You can't get reach anyone at customer service EVER. You leave messages and no one responds, you send emails and no one responds. I may have to investigate filing a complaint with the AG office.

On January 3rd, we made an effort to connect with you and left a voicemail while also sending an email outlining our claim procedure but we haven't heard back from you. Upon further review on January 4th, we discovered that you were attempting to submit a claim for a catalytic converter. Regrettably, we must inform you that catalytic converters are not covered by your contract. We promptly sent you another email on the same day, providing clarification on the coverage details and addressing the specific issue at hand and again we haven't hear back from you.
