            I dropped my two dogs off on 11/5/2021. They were there to be boarded for the weekend. We picked them up on 11/7/21 and paid sendaishi 159$ for those days. One of my dogs came home with two sores/wounds on both sides of her mouth that were so swollen she couldn't eat and hurt her to touch. She was also experiencing diarrhea. I called sendaishi and spoke with the owner to find out what happened. He was rude and disrespectful and dismissed everything I said. The owner told me it wasn't sendaishi's responsibility that my dog was injured while at there facility and also told me to get it out of my head if I thought I was getting anything from them. On 11/9/2021 I had to pay 111.81$ to bring my dog to the vet to be examined come to find out she also ended up getting a GI infection from the facility as well. She is currently on antibiotics. Sendaishi is refusing to compensate me for the vet bill or give me back any of the money I spent to have my dogs stay there.
