    Thank you for your email.  Although I am unable to respond to specifics regarding this complaint due to federal HIPPA laws, I assure you that at Smilebliss, we strive to provide exceptional care and ensure every patient has a positive experience. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to continually improving our services.  We offer complimentary consultations, which is a good way for patients to find out if they are a good candidate for treatment, as not all are.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: 

    The fact that the business owner Dr. Amy B****** herself, will not reply directly or at all to this complaint or portions of the filed complaint shows that Dr. B****** is careless, ruthless and heartless. Dr. B****** nor her staff members will directly reply or comment on the behalf of my filed complaint which not only shows that I am indeed correct about this situation, that they are responsible and have done what was said in this complaint. There is no denials, however there is commentary from whoever answered, stating that this business strives to care for their patients and are professional. That is just a way for this business to blanket denial and not admit that they’re in anyway, shape or form, responsible for their own actions that they have done to me which is to cause me extreme emotional distress, mental agony and directly affecting my mental health. This business needs to be held responsible for their medical negligence, wrongful termination of a patient and should be held accountable for not addressing, commenting and nor taking responsibility or rectifying this situation. Dr. Amy B******, could easily reach out to me and sincerely apologize but nope, she’d rather hide behind a computer screen or not answer my text messages. It shows what type of person she is and what type of business she is running. It’s unfortunate and totally unprofessional, unacceptable and ruthless. Enclosed in this rebuttal, I have included Smilebliss and I original contract to start treatment. But also don’t forget, not only was there a contract put in place on paper, there was also a verbal agreement put in place to start receiving treatment from Dr. Amy B******. I also enclosed a HIPPA release authorization form for Smilebliss to disclose HIPPA medical records/information on my behalf to the BBB. Lastly, I have enclosed documents showing that Smilebliss offers 60% off their braces (the advertisement I saw on their website), a picture from Smilebliss website of Dr. Amy B****** confirming that she indeed does work for Smilebliss, and information pertaining to the actual reason for my patient termination which is inquiring as a consumer about her legal dispute involving a former employer.
