Neither business has an address and neither will respond to BBB complaints. When called the person answering the phone refuses to talk. BBB has spoken with an Association for locksmiths and they are aware of unethical and fraudulent dealings by certain persons who operate their business in the above cited fashion. These businesses will quote a price for a job and then charge well over that quoted price. Then they are unable to be reached. They contend they are a reputable business and may use other business' names when responding to calls.
