    The owner of Master Link Fence tore down my chain link fence at ****************** in error as they were at the wrong property and were supposed to be removing the fence at ****************** I asked the owner of master link fence to restore my fence he damaged and removed in error but he refused and says he made a mistake -he continued removing my fence even after I advised him I own the townhouse and he told me I was confused and my landlord hired him to remove the fence I again explained there is no landlord I own the property and did not hire him to remove my fence. I called his business for resolution to have my fence restored and he blocked my phone number and refused to fix the fence he tore down without authorization-please assist with resolving this issue as the business inaccurately removed my fence and didnt *** the damage -they were not hired by me and should not have been on my property destroying my fence without permission and after I asked him to fix it and leave he refused thank you he has blocked my phone number so I am unable to contact him for resolution and he admitted it was his mistake and threatened me if I pursued further action saying Id be sorry

    My Response As Follows: 

    Mrs. ***** is correct as far as servicing the repair @ ************************************* I did conduct a small repair as follows: I replaced 8' of top rail & reied 20' of top rail that was the evil extent of the repairs. I left her fence in better condition than it was when I arrived. 

    As far as destroying her fence that is completely irrational. I did apologise for being at the wrong house but I would restore the 8' section better than it was. I have been in business for 52 years and everyone of my customers are always satisfied with my work. 

    As for as me blocking Mrs. ****** I tried to talk to her on site however she was completely irrational and refused to talk to me. She called the police, they never came. I asked her to come out in 10 minutes to show her what I repaired, she refused. 

    As far as threanening, the only one threaening me was Mrs. ****** calling the poilice and threatening to sue me. 

    To sum up in the end, everyone makes a mistake now and then, not sure why my apology was not enough, especially since I left her fence (8') in better condition than before. I have mild cateracts (I am 72 yars old) and my vision is slightly blurry.
