      I took my laptop to be fixed 3/17, they said it would take 2 weeks to get it fixed. Called them to see if it was ready on 4/5 after not hearing from them, they stated it would be ready by 4/7 or 4/8. On 4/9 after not hearing from them, I went to their office to see if it was ready; it wasnt. There was a gamer who was dropping off his tower talking to the staff member. The shop is so small that I could hear everything they were discussing. When the male was asked by the staff member if it was urgent, he stated it was not; but he wanted it ready in two days; by Friday 04/11, so he could play his games on the weekend. He left the tower and left.I went up to talk to the staff member, after speaking with the him about my laptop, he stated that my laptop would be ready by Friday, 04/11. So I was upset as this was the second time they had moved up the date without notice. Once again, I did not get a call on Friday, so I went in to the office. The gamer that dropped off the tower on 4/9 was picking it up. He was speaking with the staff when I walked in. He did not pay for it to be worked on sooner than my laptop and was picking it up 2 days after he dropped it off. I asked for a refund of the $65.00 I paid. They refused, stating they can only give me an estimate they cannot guarantee how long they are going to keep my laptop for. I was lied to from the very beginning. I am asking for a refund because there was nothing done to my laptop.When I left, they told me I was next in line, but thats the same lie they told me twice before. I had declined work in the past as I could not do it without my laptop. This time, I had 3 orders that I needed to do in order to be able to pay for some of my business expenses. I could not leave my laptop and have them lie once again. All Im asking is for my money back. If they would have told me from the beginning they did not have time to fix my laptop, or that it would take almost a month to fix it, I would have taken it elsewhere
