I signed a contract in May with Antonio S**** (owner of Dreamscape landscapers) Tony said he'd "bang it out in 2 weeks" It's now 12 weeks later and not 1 of the 4 parts of the project are completed. He demanded more money up front then was required on the contract or he wouldn't continue. I was forced to pay a total of $14,000 up front on a $17,500 job. The lawn looks about the same as before he started, full of weeds and bare patches. He was making a fire pit area but used the wrong material, it is a soft, cracked, muddy mess that is unusable. 2 of 8 trees aren't planted along with a mess of refuse that needs to be removed and a pile of wood chips are sitting in what we wanted to turn into a flower bed. I have enclosed pictures to show the state of our yard 12 weeks into a "2 week project" but what bothers me the most is what you can't see in the pics and that is 2 walkways that were supposed to be installed. 1 from the driveway to the back deck and 1 from the driveway to the front steps. He dug out the paths for them about 10 weeks ago and have since grown out. After digging the path there is a high step leading to the deck that is dangerous. He has been telling us for 2 months that the pavers were ready. He said he would pick them up but kept saying his truck was broken down. I asked him for the # to the paver company so I could pay to have them delivered, he refused and said he would take care of it. Promised several times they would be here in a couple days but always has an excuse such as he's "busy" as to why they have not arrived. He stopped coming to the property and stopped returning my texts weeks ago. All I want is to be refunded so I can find a company that is capable of fulfilling their obligations but he ignores my pleas of asking for my money back. Most unprofessional and worst experience I have ever had doing business with someone! Material (pavers and a load of semi-hard pack) I paid for has not been delivered and I am out 14 thousand dollars
