    Jan 18, I met Amber & Eric S***'s tire business at pick up truck at Planet Fitness Eddy Rd MNH parking lot
    Amber said yes 4 used 195 60 R15 all-season tires Amber sent me texted pictures showing tread only
    ok asking again all-season response yes, I met Amber & Eric at parking lot *** ****** ** ********** ** Amber & Eric standing by said we can bal and discard old tires before noon on Sat for $60 I said ok I met me on Silver St. removing tires from truck 1 at time in green tall trash bags to back seat of my car 2006 Hyundai Elantra I pd $100 tires have receipt at parking lot on Thursday Jan 19, 2023 Sat 21 rst met Amber & Eric in parking lot at *** ****** *** ****** ** MNH before noon pd $60 at Lou's garage that afternoon drove car over to Firestone of Elm Manchester NH employee at garage said my tires were snow tires 19565R15 need all season's tell them Amber tires are on backwards! I drove car around then noticed my back hub was cracked just put new this past summer since sending text messages Amber asked me take picture of ea. tire send by text to her very next day I did I told her of my findings asked she get back to me, I offered to give back snow tires exchange for all-season I asked for! Her response, No hun I'm not working in cold weather! Am asking for reimbursement of what I paid $160 +$20 = $180 for the cracked hub happened when removing tire other hubs in new condition she can keep the 5$ gift coupon to Red Arrow ( tires on car were all-season bought new discarded}
