    Hi, I recently visited a location on ************* in **********, ************* for an oil change at Valvoline. My car had no previous issues. No check engine light was not leaking. No smoking , before the visit for my oil change. Once we left the location and the oil change had been performed not even a half mile after leaving the location. My engine light came onand started blinking. My car started smoking and chugging. I pulled over and couldnt really determine the issue right away I got back home which was 10 minutes from where I was at when I noticed the issue later on that night when my kids had gotten to bed I went out and took a look at the car, the underneath of my is completely saturated with oil residue. It is leaking onto my exhaust from the oil filter housing and it is causing smoking and burning oil smellinside the cabin and outside of the car. I already tried filing a claim with the local business location, and the manager denied my claim and stated that he believes it was anissue that was existing beforehand, but however, I have pictures of the undercarriage of my car beforehand and also inside of the maintenance records. It states that was checked and was OK when I was there, but however, on the paper, I realize that the part number to the oil filter they put in my car seems to not be the correctone. After some research they are claiming they did everything correct and are denying my claim but however, the outstanding issue is the fact that my was basically starved of oil by the time I even made it back to my house and they tried to blame it on the fact thatmy car was sort out on oil when I came in, but however,it had some , my car had no issues before I came in and has after I Left this was the location at *************************************************************************** . Im seeking compensation for the damages done to my vehicle due to negligence or whatever happened that caused my vehicle damage whether they want to admitit or not I know what happened with my car
