    "Our experience renting from Pater concluded with matters relating to unlawful charges, the mismanagement of the security deposit by failing to abide to NH's Security Deposit statutes in multiple regards, the improper and incomplete settling of our tenant account, in addition to questionable behavior involving the improper and unethical conduct and lack of professionalism by the property manager we were in contact with before, during and after our tenancy."
