    Do your homework before hiring this company. They raised my bill 43% with no notification! They claim that the first couple of mowings were to determine how many men and how much time it would take. I was a customer of theirs last year and my price should have remained the same as no additional work was needed or hired for. They also added an additional fuel charge, which I could live with, but going from $60 per week to $86 per week is RIDICULOUS and NO notice. I hadn't checked my auto pay and they billed me 5 times for this additional amount

    This customer received a few mow services in October of 2021 when lawn growth is minimal so his rates were within the one hour minimum we set for mowing. We sent out a spring proposal in early 2022 clearly stating that the mowing was to be billed hourly at $60 per man per hour. He signed and returned the form to us on April 1st 2022 confirming the hourly rate to be billed for his mowing service. He also authorized us to auto-change his credit card monthly for these services which we did. Each time a charge is processed an email goes out immediately with the invoice detail. Each of these four monthly invoices (May-August) show in our system as delivered and opened by the customer.

    We charged the appropriate rate for the hours that our crew members were on property which is verified by our GPS system. The customer did not question the charges/rate until August 29th after he received many months of detailed correspondence. Fuel charge emails were sent and opened in May and June of 2022 notifying the customer of the nominal per service fuel charges.

    We provided the services requested by the customer at the agreed upon billing rate (verified with his signature) throughout the 2022 season. The customer was provided with timely details of these charges via emails which were opened monthly throughout the season. As soon as the customer called to request termination of services we canceled his upcoming mowing services and he received no further charges.
