5 starsWe reached out to Advanced Pump and Filter, having lost our well pump. We are in a duplex and our neighbors have a 6 month old and ***** was wondferful! She was so kind and calming for both my husband and I. Not 2 hours later, the technicians were here, checked out the situation, advised what would need to be done, and had the pump replaced in 1 hour!!! Incredible service!!! Hands down 5 stars ALL day and we will tell everyone about our positive experience. Thank you to **** and ****!!! You guys were awesome!

5 starsAfter servicing my water system, **** ran it through a cycle to backwash and discovered that the drainage wasnt the ideal setup. He suggested a solution to fix this problem. 5 starsTechnician from Advanced Pump was outstanding. Knew everything about the system, serviced it completely and reset timing for proper backwash and rinse. He explained everything he did and how each component works-- succinctly and clearly. 5 starsI would like to thank Advance Pump and Filter for their quick response and expert service when my water pressure suddenly dropped. The service representative diagnosed the problem quickly and even had replacement parts in his truck. 5 starsWhen we moved into our home 30 years ago we needed to have the water softener system replaced. It was out of date so we called Advance ****************************** They have been servicing our system ever since including adding an arsenic mitigation system a few years back. We also have had them replace our water pump when that failed. They are always professional, on-time, and the service is top notch. I highly recommend them.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsWe have used Advanced for more than thirty years since our well was installed. They installed the pump and a water softener. Their service since then has been excellent. Last year the pump and wiring needed to be replaced and the crew worked through rain, thunder and lightning to get the job done. ***** recently performed the annual maintenance on our water softener. He is very knowledgeable and explains things well. We have been pleased with every member of the Advanced team who has worked at our house over the years.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsCoordinating with the folks at Advance ***************************** was an excellent experience, with great communication and a solid plan, which we discussed at length. They were extremely helpful getting me hooked up with ******* ******************** for associated excavation work that needed to be done (they were also excellent to work with, so I can see why you suggested them!). We greatly appreciate how smooth the process was, and how reasonable the costs were. The folks who came over and did the installation were professional and knowledgeable, and the work was excellent. If we have any other pump and/or filter needs, we will definitely contact Advance *****************************.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsYour employees deserve recognition because, from front desk in the office to onsite repairs, they make any contact with the company a pleasant and satisfying experience. Waking up to having no water, my husband phoned and left an emergency message which was answered almost immediately. Within only a couple of hours from this call for help, an Advance Pump and Filter truck was in the driveway. After checking out multiple possible causes, a broken well pump proved to be the culprit. **** and **** were efficient, clearly knowledgeable and skilled at what they were doing. I was impressed with their friendly and respectful manner. They answered all my questions, explained what they were doing and why, so that I could make the best decisions when presented with options. Next time I have a problem, I hope these young men are the ones who are sent to the rescue.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsWhen I was having a problem with my system, ***** negotiated with the supplier forb a new, improved motherboard at no **********, Bill shoed up on time, told us how soon the water would be cut off, told us when water service would resume, and proceeded to work, The task was completed in a timely manner, the site cleaned up, and water supply returned, All in all, a timely, efficient process.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.
