5 starsWhen I was having a problem with my system, ***** negotiated with the supplier forb a new, improved motherboard at no **********, Bill shoed up on time, told us how soon the water would be cut off, told us when water service would resume, and proceeded to work, The task was completed in a timely manner, the site cleaned up, and water supply returned, All in all, a timely, efficient process.

5 starsWe've worked with Advance ***************************** 2x now - first for a water test for a home on a well, and second for an under-sink reverse osmosis water filtration system for a home on town water. Both times, Advance has been so easy to work with. All of the techs we met from quoting to install to troubleshooting have been so professional and timely. We are so happy with our reverse osmosis water system and the level of service we received from Advance. Highly recommend!Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsPrompt, immediate service during weekend hours when the well pump stopped. The technician was very polite, informative, and worked hard to find the issue. We had our water back within hours. No ridiculous offerings; the service didn't include bogus "fixes" for things that were actually working fine. In summary, the problem was found, fixed, and our water was restored. The technician kept me informed throughout the repair. I am happy with this company and their willingness to provide great customer service without the sketchiness that you find with some service contractors.Advance Pump and Filter Co., Inc.

5 starsI feared our well was going dry because of the current drought. My horses need lots of water so I was somewhat panicked when the flow became a dribble. I called Advance for help and Steve responded right away. Phil arrived within 2 hours and set to work to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be the pressure tank, which, amazingly was still on warrantee. Phil called another team member who delivered a new tank. The new tank was installed and the water pressure is the best ever! From the first contact, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. The bill was very modest. Phil also assured me that the chances of our 250 ft deep well doing dry was pretty minimal. Thanks to all for a great job.
