On July 18, 2023 around 5 PM, my wife, two kids, and I were evaluating whether we could purchase tickets to a Chicago Cubs game. Exploring several different websites, comparing fees and prices, an order was accidentally submitted for a game July 18, which we could not even attend. We immediately emailed feefreeticket.com to notify the company of the error. We then called. We were told feefreeticket.com would keep our money and they could not help us. We, of course, did not claim or use the tickets and feedreeticket.com would not credit the $329.95 charge to my credit card. By the way, contrary to their name and advertising, they also charged me a delivery fee of $9.95, which was part of what I was trying to figure out when my family member accidentally ordered the tickets on my phone and my credit card.

Hello. I thank you for your efforts in this matter. After receiving from the company a negative response to my email and my phone call, in addition to posting my complaint with the BBB, I posted some negative reviews of the company in question. I had no response to any of it. I then disputed the company's charge with my credit card company and the company quickly thereafter refunded my money.
