    They’re asking for payment after they came to my house with unlicensed plumbers and destroyed my furnace and water heater. I paid them for everything up to when the last time they were here. They are never welcome back in this house. They also were supposed to replace the water heater after they destroyed it and put a faulty water heater in instead which was inspected by a licensed plumber.

    First yes we are asking to be paid for the work that was done by a licensed plumber His name is ***** *****l (journeyman ****** After talking to our workers about this job, yes a faulty water heater was installed by the previous homeowner  which was completed by some other person Not from our company, ******** called for work to be done, we installed a new from the ware house oil tank which she paid for. Then ******** called wanted us to install a New water heater which was done by an licensed plumber ***** ****** *****, then ******** called for us to come an fix the leak on her boiler which ***** ****** did fix. ******** did call after all the work was complete but not to complain but to ask if she could make payments, and we have no problem with that, we do it all the time. I've sent many statements on this and she has not once called, I always let our customers know any problems or questions to please call the billing department. We just sent her a statement along with late fees, which we will drop if she pays her balance. and questions please feel free to call us
