    To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my outrage and extreme dissatisfaction with Bump and Grind Auto Body in Kingston,NH regarding my ongoing vehicle repairs. It has now been an exasperating 55 weeks since I entrusted my car to them, and the level of service I have received is absolutely unacceptable.Every time I attempt to reach out for an update, I am met with excuses and vague responses. It seems they are constantly giving me the runaround regarding the status of my vehicle. They claim parts are missing, yet I have not seen any proactive effort on their part to rectify this situation. This lack of accountability is ************** add to my frustration, I have found that sometimes they wont even bother to pick up the phone, leaving me in the dark about my vehicle's whereabouts and status. It is beyond comprehension how a business can operate in such a chaotic manner, especially when it involves a service as crucial as auto repairs. I am going to file legal advice and financial restitution, what I wrote down now was only a little of it. I have been without my car for nearly two months, and the inconvenience has wreaked havoc on my daily life. This entire experience has been nothing short of insane, and the emotional toll it has taken on me and my family cannot be ignored. I would not wish this experience on anyone, and I highly do not recommend Bump and Grind Auto Body Shop to anyone looking for reliable and timely service.I urge the Better Business Bureau to take immediate action to address this appalling situation. My patience has worn thin, and I expect a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
