    Great quality shed and an amazing crew that assembled it. Couldn't be happier! The entire process from ordering, making customized changes, the communications leading up to delivery date were all above and beyond.A special shout out to ***, ******, and ****** who assembled it on an incredibly cold day and did so without a complaint. They were incredible!

    The entire experience we had with Reeds Ferry Sheds was first rate. The process began with their website. Expertly laid out, easy to navigate, and very informative. That led to us visiting their facility (which was actually closed on our first visit, but you can see what they have on display). There is an extensive inventory of completed sheds on display, showcasing pretty much all of the various options. Our next trip to the company involved sitting down and ordering the shed itself. We took advantage of the winter sale promotion. The ordering process was very simple and straightforward. The showroom staff we dealt with were very polite, professional, and informative. We completed the site preparation as per ****** Ferry guidelines, and then had our delivery / install date. We had a total of 4 installers arrive (for a 10' x 14' Historic Colonial) on a very cold day. Having an extra installer made for a very efficient set up time, total of 2 hours 15 minutes. The whole crew was simply expert at their job. It was amazing to see them work like a well-oiled machine. In short order, everything was done and completely cleaned up. The quality of the shed construction is superior, it's really like home construction standards. Sales, delivery, and set-up were flawless. I would not hesitate to recommend ****** Ferry Sheds due to the highest quality of their product.

    From start to finish, I could not be happier with the product, service, availability, price, communication, & any other aspects of this transaction. *** ****** is a fantastic salesperson. Knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and attentive. I was shocked when I learned she hadn't been with the company for at least *************************************************************************************************** the right direction, without being "pushy". When I couldn't make up my mind, she offered sound advice with reasons. The install crew was equally impressive. I believe the ********* name was *******. They were right on time, incredibly efficient, well-practiced, very knowledgeable, and asked questions when necessary to ensure I was 100% satisfied. In today's world, I was all but convinced there were no companies left with a focus on the customer. I was mistaken, there is quite clearly at least one! Reeds Ferry's business model should be the rule, not the exception! My only complaint would be that there are not more companies like Reeds Ferry still in business today. They are truly a breath of fresh air!

    Shed and crew arrived with my Grand Victorian Cottage 12 x 20 Shed at 7 AM and was completed by 11AM. Very professional operation as each crew member performed his duties in and efficient and systematic manner. No wasted time and they cleaned up both inside and outside of the shed. Not a scrap of paper was left behind. Can't say enough good things about the whole process from visiting their showroom, dealing with the sales staff and the follow up The quality of the materials is far superior to anything else I have ever seen. Each piece of lumber looks like it was sanded. I will be insulating and covering the walls, but it seems a shame as the inside look of the sheathing is flawless.

    Very professional company from start to finish. Great showroom, with terrific sales associates to answer any questions you have. Its a no pressure environment. After purchase, Reeds gives detailed instructions for site prep, scheduling and logistics were spot on (we got our installed a few weeks early). Great group of guys who came to install, no issues, and the shed looks terrific. Overall excellent experience, highly recommend Reeds.

    Throughout entire process, service was great. From Day 1 picking out the shed in ****** at the **************, to making some slight changes over phone to the day of installation everything was seamless! The crew on Truck 12, ***, ******, *********** did a great job & answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend to people!
