  This is our first Reed's Ferry shed. The process of selecting a shed, personalizing it, delivery date, and building the shed was outstanding. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and great to work with and provided follow ups. Dylan, Tim, and Nick did the installation, and it is solid. Great experience.

  This is my second Reeds Ferry Shed. The staff is professional, courteous, and their installation Team is a finely tuned machine. The quality of the product is evident. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

  We began with a phone call to Reeds Ferry when we came to a decision to purchase a new shed. Everyone we spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Although we chose a color based on the online color samples, our salesperson sent us actual chips and he was correct - and we changed our color with no problems. One member of the installation team actually arrived early and began dismantling our old shed. The others arrived within 20-minutes and they were exceptional. They worked together wonderfully, and were very friendly to us. They cleaned up the site and were gone within 3.5-hours! We absolutely LOVE our new shed! We can't say enough about Reeds Ferry Sheds! We are in total agreement that "we got a good one"! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

  I am so very AMAZED at the quality of the product and the installation! This shed is ABSOLUTELY STUNNUNG and every step in the process was well handled and executed! Reeds Ferry - you are first rate! I highly recommend Reeds Ferry!

  Reeds Ferry took care of it all. They were upfront and clear on the requirements to prep the site, which I appreciated and were not difficult to meet. Highly recommend these folks if you're looking for a shed.
  Customer service was fantastic. They kept in touch prior to the install and had a follow up call just before the date to make sure we were all set. I also managed to time the purchase with one of their sales that the rep presented us, so a good deal of the add-ons we purchased were covered by the savings so we felt we got a great deal because of that.
  When the install date came, the builders were right on time and super nice. They got right to it after I had a chance to talk with them to confirm where the shed was going, etc. It took less than two hours for my shed (8x10 Gambrel) to get built and they just beat a rainstorm at the end. Great job!

  Sales team talked me through every option (and talked me out of some things that would have cost a lot of money but wouldn't have fit my needs). Calls and emails kept me updated, and the installation was quick and on-time. The crew that setup the shed couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy with key aspects as they were being put into place. Tremendous experience.

  Reeds Ferry was a pleasure to work with. They communicate effectively and on time, they were early for installation, the people who installed were friendly and professional. The quality of the sheds is unmatched. Overall just a great experience and the shed looks amazing.

  Starting with Our Reeds Ferry Sheds Sales Person (Kate); She was Professional, Courteous, and Very Helpful in Authorizing Us with a 5% Discount. The Installation Team/Crew Were Outstanding; Team Leader Jon was Professional, Courteous, and Extremely Technically Proficient while Orchestrating His Team on Site During the Installation. The Team Operated like a Well-Oiled Machine, the Team Work was Impressive. I Observed the Installation of Our Awesome Shed from Our Kitchen Window while Holding My 4-year old Grandson, (He was Impressed Also). Upon Completion of the Shed Installation, We did a Walk-Thru and was Amazed at the Quality of the Final Product as Installed by the Reeds Ferry Shed Team. All of the Warranty Coverage was Explained in Detail Much to My Satisfaction. Again, I Cannot Say Enough about the Outstanding Installation of Our New Shed on 19 MAY 2023.   Great experience in every aspect. Every email and call was answered quickly. Follow up and planning was seamless, and when the install date arrived, two trucks showed up exactly when they said they would and the installation was an impressively synchronized operation. Finished a bit earlier than expected, cleaned the site, and were gone as efficiently as they arrived.
