    I purchased a high end hair topper on 02.28.25 from AJ's Wigs. *** appeared to be very knowledgeable and I put my trust in him and his team. I was told the piece would be in ***** days. *** assured me with his personal guarantee that they would provide the very best service and make sure I was happy with the piece. I waited two and a half weeks and then called to see if my piece was in. I was told by ***** she'd have ***** call me back. Three days later I called in again. I was told my piece was in and made an appt to go have it fitted, tailored etc. It was supposed to be colored with multiple highlight, some reds, ****** etc. When I got to my appt. ***** had to look for the piece. She brought it out and it didn't look anything like what I ordered. Long story short, it took 4 appts(me having to leave work for) and 7 weeks for me to leave their with my piece. It never ended up being the exact colors I wanted. *** assured me he would color it himself but he didn't. I only took it then because Easter was in two days and I really wanted it for the holiday. 6 weeks in the topper became extremely dry. I spent the next few months and 5 appts, numerous texts and phone calls to try to get resolved. Several times ***** didn't return my calls or texts. Finally, ***** had me leave it with her for her to fix with a special method they used in cases like this. A week later when I picked it up (it was in a box) and got it home, it was in worse shape than before.*** offered to send a mailing label (since I couldn't take more time off of work and my daughter was in hospital with heart condition). I said I would try to drop it off. I was unable to so a couple of weeks later I asked for label to be ******* took 32 days for me to receive the label. At that point, I had had enough. All my trust is gone. They are unable to service the piece properly, very disorganized and say one thing but don't deliver. I want my money returned and I will return the piece.

    On May 16th I placed an order online for a wig. To date I have not received the wig. I have called at least a dozen times and reached out on their social media. The first call was in June when they told me that they don't check their online orders. I was told it would be drop shipped to me. Three weeks later I called again and they said there was a mix up at the warehouse but it would be shipped right away. I have called multiple times with a different excuse every time. The last time they actually took my call they said they were concerned bout the color in the wig not being as advertised. I said I wanted it no matter the color. At this point I have already finished chemotherapy and I just want my money refunded. I have left messages on their answering machine and on FaceBook. They are no longer answering the phone when I call.
