To Whom It May ******** I have been taking my Audi for the past 10 years to Reflex Tunning. And the mechanic has been honest and providing great service to my car. Sometimes I question them about the repairs fee/cost which seemed high, but at the end of the day, I believed in them and their service. Lately, things been going the opposite way. I called to schedule an appointment for an annual inspection. Speaking with the manager over the phone, first thing, she suggested to add Oil service, even though the car has not reached 5K miles. So, I agreed. Later, she looked into my car history, and she recommended or more like she was pushing me to fix other issues in the car otherwise it would not pass annual inspection. Her words on the phone were more like, if you do not fix those issues, I will not pass your annual inspection test. Which I found it surprising. My car issues have nothing to do with Annual inspection. But I was planning to fix it when the time is right for me. These issues been in the car for the past three years, and it had been passing annual inspection.Later, out of nowhere, she shifted the subject to my other two VW cars. And she was questioning or more like ordering me that I should, or why I am not bringing them over to her for service. And she felt insulted that I am not bringing them over to her. She was saying that there were no other service like her, which I disagree. Her voice was aggressive, and her choice of words was poor. It is not her business where I take my cars for service. At the end of the phone discussion, she was pushing me away which I do not understand why. And she said that I am wasting her time by bringing my Audi for Annual Inspection and Oil change. I hope she fix her attitude when she talks to other customers. As much as I want to bring my car for repair to her, unfortunately, she just lost one customer.Best Regards
