    Engage Lordens services with confidence.We have this company for donkeys years. - Price for heating oil is normal - Delivery is timely - They are mindful of your property. - They have never caused any damage to our property for the 40 + years weve been with them.- **************** is very good and attentive.- 24 / 7 emergency service call center for heating oil. They will get someone to you even if its only a few gallons to tie you over in the coldest nights if you run out of fuel.- Fornece servicing is reasonably priced, done by good people.- They will accomadate most delivery needs to your specifications.They are lovely people at Lorden and we have NEVER had any problems with the company.WE RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY !

    Horrible business etiquette! Was delivered oil that was intended for my neighbor. I called to make them aware of their mistake. I agreed to pay for it over time as it was not needed, in fact I wouldn’t have ordered until August/September (this delivery was in March). Vanessa was pleasant, assured me I would be given the better rate, time to pay and it would not affect ordering of propane.
    Well flash forward to May when I tried to order propane for Memorial Day weekend and was denied over three times as the owner states it is not their policy to deliver when there is a balance!
    Then when I said he could come pump out the oil that HIS company delivered by mistake that I had NOT ordered
    and therefor was not looking to pay $500 for something I did not order or need,
    His resolution was to say “I am not pumping out your oil, I will deal w/ this Tuesday.” What do they do? They come remove my propane tanks w/ propane in them knowing there was no way to establish a new company over a holiday weekend. I have someone living here on dialysis, and a baby in addition to several other children.
    So because of Lordens mistake all these innocent people are left w/o means for hot water or cooking until the new company can set everything up.
    Im sure that these few days makes a huge difference in their petty pockets and satisfies the absolute power hungry, poor business and customer mindset they clearly have exhibited.
    Way to go Lorden!
    Only one star because you have to select in order to submit. No stars will ever be given from me for this company unless its for worst resolution and management, dishonesty, lack of integrity and human rights
    and needs! Absolutely ridiculous and discriminatory!
