    I very angry and upset this happened but this should happen again.
    This is what happened to me …..
    We gave Eric R**** from UNITED ARTISANS - BUILDING AND REMODELING a deposit to start building our home. He put his partner Rich J***** in charge. he was impossible to reach out to get updates. they barely started the job and didn’t complete what we agreed in the contract. Due to legal and a messy issues, lack of response and progress we terminated the contract. Eric agreed and signed the termination . He gave us records of what he spent with the deposit and whats left to give us back. We gave him 2 weeks (14 business days) to return the rest of the money but of course he is not responding to texts, calls or emails. We sent a demand letter asking for the money back but of course it seems that we will need to go to court .
    Rich J***** is now in jail as he was wanted by FBI (he has multiple names ) his businesses was ****** ***** LLC and Eric R**** from United Artisans Building and Remodeling might be involved in some way and not returning money.

United Artisans, LLC is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
