    Danas Towing and repair Hampton, *************, I was quoted over the phone a price of $125 per hour to tow my vehicle to their shop which was four minutes away/4 miles which had taken them over a week to tow the vehicle from a store, now after speaking with them which it took two weeks for them to call me that is when they told me it would cost $250 for the tow in $550 to put a starter in which is approximately 1/2 hour, Im sure they realize the difficulty in having an additional cost to have it towed somewhere else that would be a reasonable cost for repair, I was told many lies

    I had spoken with someone at the counter on the phone, he had told me it was $125 per hour to tow my vehicle to their shop which is four minutes away. It was parked at a store. I told him it was acceptable that he can tow it. but they hadnt told it for seven days and when they did, they did not get in touch with me for two weeks. That is when I called them, when I did call them they told me the bill for Towing was $250 for the four minute tow and the starter was the problem and that was $650 a total of $800, which was way over the estimate that was acceptable over the phone which was roughly $550-$600, I would have told somewhere else to have the starter replaced, but that would add to the $250, I think that is where they think they got me, I am refusing to pay the outrageous amount

    The employees that work for this company do not respect the public. I was threatened by one of his tow truck Drivers before he drove off with my car today before the police showed up, I told *** the (Owner) about this, but sided with his employee instead, *** has no respect for people only cares about the money. The matter couldve been taken care of. I would not recommend this company to anybody for their towing and vehicle Repair needs.

    I don’t know how this business possibly has a 4+ rating. The owner, Dana, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He lied repeatedly about the itemized costs in the bill, lied to my insurance company regarding every small nuance so that the vehicle would need to remain there increasing the daily rate.
    My car was towed there on a Tuesday and it wasn’t until the next Wednesday that the actually released the car. They did so bc they were able to make money from towing it to the autobody shop.
    Steer clear from this place. They have no qualms lying and committing fraud. Definitely no one I would want to do business with in the future.
