    Good Morning,
    I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you with a pressing matter that I believe needs public attention. My wife and I have encountered a significant issue with a local car dealership, iSellTrux, located in Hampstead, New Hampshire. We purchased a car from them in February this year and have since been entangled in an administrative nightmare that has negatively impacted our financial status, credit score, and overall peace of mind.
    The crux of the issue is that the dealership has failed to submit the car title to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). This omission has caused our lender to convert our auto loan into an unsecured loan and inflate our interest rate to an exorbitant 16%. The repercussions have been far-reaching, including a hit to our credit scores and a rise in our monthly car payments.
    We have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter with the dealership owner, Jordan S******* Initially, he assured us that he had submitted the paperwork or would personally handle the issue at the DMV in Concord. However, despite his assurances, no evidence of his alleged actions has been provided. We have reached out to the DMV on six separate occasions, only to be informed each time that they have received no paperwork from Mr. S****** or iSellTrux. Our last inquiry was made on November 30, 2023.
    We informed Mr. S****** of our intention to take legal action. It seems that the dealership has no intention of assisting us. Furthermore, we noticed an alarming irregularity; upon purchase, we were not provided with any documentation. We had to make two long-distance trips from Laconia to Hampstead to secure the purchase agreement, which we suspect was incomplete due to an unaccounted-for staple mark.
    It is our belief that such unprofessional and dubious practices should not be allowed to continue unchecked. We seek assistance in bringing this issue to light and holding iSellTrux accountable.

    I put 3 thousand dollars down on a infiniti g37 and i do not have the car and they have ignored me for about a week now about giving me my deposit back .. i need that money so i can get a car so they basically robbed me

    Worst place ever to buy a vehicle if you expect it to pass inspection at a regular repair shop. Took over a year to get problems fixed on vehicle and still was not inspectable. Come to find out it was a blown engine they cleared codes for and resold to us. Then resold to another unknowing customer. Claims of "we will go above and beyond to fix problems" and was just sent to vm or called after 8pm at night. Stay away. Do not buy from them

    Bought truck on 6/29/22 with issues they said we’re minor and would fix in a couple of hours. Got truck 2 days later with 60 day inspection and temporary plates. Drove 3 miles and oil pressure and check engine lights on next day. Needed new engine and bought new one with installation about $10k. Taking to court / mediation.
