    We hired Platinum Epoxy Solutions to do an epoxy floor in a building we are converting to a storefront. The job was done completely wrong. The prep was not done as agreed, the floor was not poured correctly, and they used a toxic epoxy made for outdoor use knowing we had people living upstairs. Austin from Platinum refused to come back and look at the issues we raised, his first instinct was to put a lien on my company because we did not pay additional money for work that was not done. We paid the entire quoted amount. Once he started the job he demanded an additional $1,800 to do it as we had originally agreed on. The floor was a safety hazard once he was done and we wound not get a certificate of occupancy like that. Since he refused to come back and look at the issues we were forced to hire another company to rip it out for $1,500 and then paid another $5,525 to have to re-poured. We want a refund of at least the $5,720 paid to Platinum Epoxy Solutions. All details, text messages, conversations, etc attached in documents.
