    BBB recognized a pattern of complaints regarding the delivery of products ordered from Flawless Lighting By KB. Specifically, consumers allege that products ordered are not delivered. In addition, complaints indicate that the business does not respond to emails, texts or telephone calls. BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern and has requested their written response by November 22, 2017. They are asked to explain what they will do to eliminate this pattern.

    On November 20, 2017, Flawless Lighting By KB responded to BBB's pattern of complaints. Their business response stated that in January 2018 they plan to add a chat-box to their website so consumers can easily seek help. The business failed to address and/or provide information as to why products that are paid for are not being delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

    BBB will continue to monitor this pattern and work with the business to try to eliminate the underlying causes of consumer complaints.
    In March 2018, BBB investigated Flawless Lighting by KB's business practices. This was prompted by the pattern and volume of complaints being filed with BBB Serving New Hampshire.

    Consumer complaints allege that they do not receive products that they ordered and paid for. When contacting the business about the status of their product, phone calls, emails and texts go unanswered. The business has responded to some complaints and in some instances returned money to customers only after they complaint to BBB. The website of this business does not provide clarification as to how they operate or how long it will take to fulfill their orders. Customers feel misled and demand either refunds or cancellation of their orders.

    On March 26, 2018, BBB sent a letter to Flawless Lighting in an effort to gather detailed information about their business practices. The letter requested a written response by the company within ten (10) business days or no later than April 5, 2018. To date, BBB has not received a response from Flawless Lighting by KB.

    Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business practices and services.
