1 starTruly The most unethical company i have ever worked with.
They have no talent even though they will tell you they do.
16 resumes in 6 months time
They use indeed for most of their "talent"
they are poaching from your colleagues
They sent me one girl that was completely happy where she was but she had to close
I told her OMG do not leave all these good things - talk to your boss - she did - she appreciate that i understood.
They sent me a chef i hired - 10k fee - he no called no showed in 3 weeks - they never referenced checked him or anyone else - for 15-20% you have to ask for that to be done ....what????
He had just left his last employer with a f'you in the middle of a shift within 30 days.
10k and he did 2 walk outs within 30 days.
i Hired a temporary part time guy - they are claiming is/was that chefs replacement.
He had presented directly to my company on indeed on 3 different occasions
one being the day before they even sent the resume to me.
Shady
unethical
Despicable
lowdown
dirty
offensive
horrifying
i could go on.....if this is who is helping support our industry the labor situation will never be vibrant. healthy or abundant. STAY AWAY. reach out for more information i have everything documented.

It was the time we took to interview and spend time with him, sharing with you his personal story, attributes, and work history beyond just the resume, which led to the path to his employment with you. Responding to the comment from Goodwin on my review of their services. They DID NOT talk with the hire ( i have the text thread between him and his recruiter), they DID NOT talk to me about the hire, they shared nothing but a resume (same resume he submitted to my company) and an inflated salary ask. Terrell was hired at a temporary part time position lead line cook. He is not fulfilling the position of chef or kitchen manager. They are using this placement to run away from their responsibilities and their contract. As i was promised the moon by a Jeff W*** who is all of a sudden gone from the company. And Justine who was my direct contact at goodwin is MIA and has been for about 2 weeks now. BEWARE. They have no talent, they are really doing nothing for you when it comes to vetting the candidates. Absolutely inquire about candidates salary, also ask all candidates how they came to work with Goodwin, as they're going out and pulling people and promising them bigger money and a "perfect" placement. I used goodwin in 2018 successfully I know the difference. They are not adjusting to the times and changes in the market but their ask remains the same. I wish them all the same respect and consideration they are "dishing" out. How people live with themselves is truly beyond me. Dirty business.Review fromPatrisha D

1 starI talked to one of their recruiters today. Very unprofessional! He forgot to send me the zoom link, changed the interview time twice, and then proceeded to insult me all throughout the interview.
He told me I'm not "good enough" because I have a PhD and the position requires a masters degree! He told me PhDs come with a lot of attitude and are not willing to work. It's amazing that he decided to interview me knowing I have a phd to then say these stuff to me in my opinion.
He also did not have the full job description he was interviewing for and knew nothing about the project I was supposed to work on. He told me to look at the company's website to find that myself even though the company does a lot of different stuff based on their website.
It's incredible that these people decide if you get a job after 20 years of education!Goodwin Recruiting
