    I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from Foss Motors, Exeter, NH with my Co-Applicant Kathleen B****** on 02/01/2023. I haven't been able to register the vehicle because dealer failed to give me correct paperwork. Dealer is refusing to help me. They offer a rental but make it impossible for me to get rental because they want me to go to Exeter, NH to pick up rental and it has to be picked up before 5pm and I don't get out of work till 5pm. I have asked them to give me my deposit back since I can't register or drive the Jeep and they are refusing. I want to be able to register my vehicle so that I can use it to work and back. I been getting rides for the last 13 days. If I am unable to register vehicle I would like to get a refund so that I can buy a vehicle i can register.

    This complaint is incorrect. Foss Motors did give the customer all of the correct paperwork. The issue the customer had was with the MA RMV. It was an unresolved issue with the previous owner of the vehicle. At no point did Foss Motors refuse to assist the customer in resolving this issue, in fact Foss Motors went above and beyond to do so for the customer. There were multiple attempts to assist the customer with a loaner car, but the customer refused it every time. It was refused even when we offered to deliver it to the customers home or work on her schedule. During this process the customer was extremely difficult work with and apparently impossible to please or calm in the process.

    The vehicle is now registered, and Foss Motors will not be refunding the customer's deposit.
