    I was very impressed with Michael D********** He was knowledgeable, professional and resolved an issue i've had with my AC for two years. He explained all the steps he was taking and made sure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I would absolutely recommend Key and especially Michael.

    Michael was on time for our annual A/C service- he was friendly, thorough and explained things very clearly. We also had our furnace done last Fall.

    Mike D. explained the geothermal system along with the care and maintenance by the home owner (me) so I could understand what it takes to keep the geothermal heating/cooling system up and running. Incredibly knowledgeable but more importantly, he was able to transfer some his knowledge to me. Thanks Mike!
