      In August of 2023, I purchased and ** from Blue Compass at an ** show at the *****************. The ** was promised for delivery within that week. It did not arrive. After many failed attempts to locate the **, this company did the paperwork over again and assigned a new ** to me. This ** was defective from day one and the company gave us a new one. The ** was about $16,000 and I paid $6,000+ in extended warranties. Due to the late delivery of the ** and the quickly changing New England seasons, we were only able to use this ** one time during that season. The ** was winterized and covered for the cold winter. We uncovered the ** in the spring and began to prepare it for use. We noticed a **** on the inside of the **, which turned out to be leak from the inside of a light. It was not the result of the seals. We used the ** two times during the summer of 2024 and then received a recall notification. We brought the ** to a local, certified, dealer and they fixed the recall and confirmed the leak was not a seal but the inside of a light. We then made an appt with the Epsom, NH Blue Compass to have that fixed and have the ** checked for mold. After delivery, which was 8/1`2/24, we waited weeks and weeks to hear anything about this unit. We called and called to no avail. Finally, we were told the unit was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, we noticed the antenna was missing off of the top. We did not deliver it to them without the antenna, as we stated to them, so they replaced the antenna. Prior to them replacing it, we pointed out that the unit was left outside and it had been raining and the missing antenna left a huge hole in the roof. We still do NOT have our unit back, the roof is full of mold, according to them, and the $6,000+ in extended warranties does not cover any of it.

      Purchased and paid for a 2013 Class A Motor Coach on Friday June 28, 2024. As of today Sept 19, 2024, still have not taken possession of the *** I was expecting to either pick up the ** the day after purchasing it or the beginning of the following week. The entire camping season has now passed and it's approximately 3 months later. The supporting document will show how much money has been invested into this purchase. In addition to multiple attempts to resolve this long-standing issue which includes a request for Blue Compass RV to take back the title on this ** in the amount of $55,000.00 This business has a responsibility to deliver on a product they sold. They allowed the transaction to happen knowing the ** was not ready to be sold. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. I reviewed the Blue Compass statements "Our Mission", "Our Vision", and "Our Purpose". Those statements are not the treatment that I'm receiving. The supporting document will show the number of attempts to receive contact information of several people of their upper management with no success. They will not provide the information. Written communications have been unacceptable. Only the local service manager would provide details through email. I've asked for an email response and was told by the North Region Market VP that he doesn't do that. The local service manager, local sales manager, North Region Market VP, and another North Region representative will not respond to my last two emails dated Sept 11th & 12th. With no success in having them reimburse and take back possession, I was offered by telephone on Aug 31st a $10,000.00 refund in addition to the ** being fixed. As you can see in the supporting document, there is no end in sight in getting the ** fixed and now they will not respond back to me. I have been lied to and misled throughout this entire business dealing. Supporting document attached showing email exchanges. I appreciate any assistance provided.

      We purchased a used ** at the Blue Compass RV dealership approximately 2 years ago. During the inspection, there were several items to remedy. During this process, we realized that the odometer was rolled back, as the *** records and vehicle paperwork were not similar at all. We brought this to the attention of the general manager, **, who stated that it was impossible but once we showed him the evidence, he said that he would figure it out and let us know. He never followed up, we returned and he stated that it was now our problem. The service **** scheduled several appointments, every time we arrived for the appointment, the part was always wrong or hasnt arrived yet. We have waited HOURS in their store without anyone telling us anything until we asked about the progress, usually waiting in store for 4 hours or leaving the ** for WEEKS and MONTHS without any attempt on their end of contacting us first.

      I purchased a used RV from Blue Compass in **. It passed inspection in December right before I picked it up and drove to *******. It was clear that my breaks were not working properly so I had a local shop check them for me. They found that the rotors and pads were rusted and pitted and needed to be replaced. I had them take pictures of the parts so I could send them to Blue Compass, when Blue Compass reviewed the pictures they told me that the damage happened in the two days it took to drive to *******. Not only did it cost over $3000.00 to repair breaks that just passed inspection but it was a serious hazard.I also found out when I hooked up my RV that they didn't winterize it and my water lines and heater burst. I was without water for six weeks waiting for them to repair the lines. They did fix them but I shouldn't have had to go without water for six weeks in an RV that was just purchased from a dealership.

      We appreciate these concerns being brought to our attention. The dealership confirmed the customer purchased a used unit that passed State Inspection prior to her picking it up. The dealership offered to have one of our Blue Compass service centers in ******* look at the brake issue, but the customer chose to take it to another service center.

      In August 2022 my wife and I purchased at 2022 Keystone 33 foot travel trailer from RV one for the price of 38,000. We knew that we purchased it late in the season and that we would not be able to get into a campsite that late in the season. In May of 2023 we decided to take our first trip for our birthday's and when I went in to start getting the trailer ready I discovered a leak in the bedroom. I called RV One immediately and they set up an appointment for June 10th. I took the 3 hour drive that morning to New Hampshire and dropped off the trailer, they have had my trailer since then. I have dealt with many of them Jacob the Sales manager, Charlie and Aaron in service, Jill in sales, Justin the district manager. Charlie had told me that the trailer needed an entire new roof that the leak was so large it was going down the wall under the floor. Several of them told me that they had contacted Keystone and that they would only allow a certain number of hours to fix the trailer and that Keystone said to patch it and give it back to the consumer. Keystone later changed their minds and approved the entire fix. We have called Rv One weekly about this trailer, we have asked them to take it back, give us a new one in it's place. They offered us a trade in on our trailer of 18,000. Which we paid 38,000 for the trailer. Who would accept that? It has been an uphill battle since May and we have not been able to use a camper that we are paying on monthly for all this time. My wife and I have spoke to so many people at RV One without any type of resolution. We are paying on something that we cannot use and we would like a full refund on this trailer. They company was bought out by a company called blue compass RV and they have since fired everyone that we were dealing with. When I called this week no one knew anything about my trailer. We would be greatful for any help that you can give us.

      Last June my wife and I financed a Keystone Passport 3401QD, and right away we had problems. Within a few days of getting it home RV One called us to let us know parts were in to repair one of the air conditioners that was apparently already broken before we even purchased it, without our knowledge. And the only way they would fix it is if we drove it, over an hour, back to their shop. Over the course of the new few months we were continuously finding things wrong with it, awning not working, door locks not working, etc. We brought the camper back to RV One in October for repairs and winterization and they have had it ever since. They call us to come pick it up without the repairs being completed. At this point we have been paying for a camper that is unusable for the past 11 months and RV One has had possession of the camper for the past 6 months going on 7. We don't want the thing anymore and have never been able to use it. We want RV One to take back faulty camper that they sold to us, and that they themselves have had possession of.

      In July 2022 I bought a brand new 2500 twilight camper at RV one sales and service. And which during that time there’s a lot of problems with the camper. The hot water tank split some of the SB port I don’t work there was water that leaked into the bathroom and under the bunkbed area of the camper and soak the wood, one of the closet doors won’t shut one of the windows will not shut all the way in the master bedroom the table has got ripples all over it some of the LED lights around the TV don’t work and my Scott in the camper when they claim it’s rodent free and my shouldn’t be able to get into the camper I drop the camper off last November they had it all winter. They still have it and have not touched it and they claim they’re waiting on the warranty through the extended warranty I bought and I have talked to the twilight manufacturers and they said they are the ones that need to take care of it through the manufacture warranty, but Ivy one keeps telling me it Hass to go through , the extended warranty which is a woman by the name of Lisa and I believe a Lori from the Connecticut store and I have a one to approve all the warrantee stuff and they said that at IV they have sent numerous of the emails to that place in Connecticut and they have not still got any response back. I have a seasonal and it goes from June 28 to April. I mean skews me April 28 through June 28 that I’ve already paid for $1700 and I haven’t been able to use a Site once yet this year and I feel that I’m getting the runaround and that is why I have filed this complaint feel free to get a hold of me.       We purchased an Rv from Rv one in August 2022. We picked up the RV in September at both purchase and pick up there were warranty items discovered. 7 miss fitting screens, bad lock on a compartment door, a damaged cabinet door and a missing remote. All of these items were to be addressed through warranty to this date nothing has happened. I have contacted the manufacturer for some other items and found out no claim has yet to be submitted for any of the items on the warranty list. When I call the dealer I’m told they have the remote but still haven’t sent it to me and the other items are back ordered from the manufacturer. That has no recorded of them being ordered. I have relayed this information to RV one with no response
