    603 Basement Solutions was lightning-fast when it came to taking our deposit pushing a discount if we paid immediately but everything after that was an absolute mess. We waited over three months with constant delays, zero communication, and excuse after excuse about when the job would actually start.When the crew finally showed up with no confirmed ETA, the work was rushed, careless, and flat-out unsafe. They replaced the sill without addressing the foundation issues underneath, never mentioned the problem, and left the sill visibly unsupported. Theres daylight under it, the wall is still sagging, and the skirt board is nothing more than a cover-up for a serious structural failure.After this so-called completion, the salesperson came out, took one look, and admitted the job wasnt done correctly. He promised a crew would return the next week to lift the sill so we could repair the foundation. No one ever showed. Not once.Despite leaving us with unfinished, incorrect, and structurally dangerous work, the company immediately sent the final bill as if the job had been done properly.Weve emailed the company, emailed the CEO, and even sent a certified letter. Its been more than a week with zero response. No accountability. No follow-up. Nothing.Quick to take our money, careless with the work, and completely silent when confronted with structural safety concerns. Our experience has been the exact opposite of what their reviews claim, and homeowners should be aware of what they may be walking into.

The attention to detail was outstanding and the install of my radon system looks amazing, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

    The initial inspection was extremely thorough. REMOVEDtook the time to inspect not only our basement, but the entire house. He was very knowledgeable and provided helpful feedback on additional items we should keep an eye on.The Phase 1 support installation went smoothly. The lead installer was also highly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions, including those beyond the scope of the installation and related to Phase 2.Overall, we are very pleased with 603 Basement Solutions and plan to use them again for Phase 2 in the future.

    Ive been meaning to write this review because I cannot speak highly enough of this 603 basement solutions. Had an unfortunate situation with a house we just bought. Had multiple companies out. We chose 603 basement solutions. REMOVEDcame out. He was very personable, honest, and didnt try to use scare tactics to upsell anything. He didnt try to pressure me. Gave me all the facts and explained everything so I could understand. Took me some time to decide. Was quick to respond back to me and get us scheduled in when we were ready. The team arrived promptly and finished the job in the time frame they said would. They went over everything to make sure I was satisfied. They all seemed very genuine. Im very happy with the services
