    Crypto scam, cointiply promised crypocurrencies in exchange of survey data, as i raised a certain amount, my funds were taken and my account shut down for unspecified reasons, according to them, terms violation, however, after 4 days of requesting this information, nothing was provided.

    Cointiply said they won't be digging further on this matter, and won't reply any other questions, their sole purpose is to take away my funds and data, typical of a crypto scam platform

    They already said that they won't dive any further on this matter, regardless if it's me or BBB trying to contact.

    I've tried to get in touch nearly ten times but since then they simply dimissed my emails, refusing to provide even the most basic information.

    it's clear that they won't pay my funds, typical of a scam, i apreciate BBB efforts though, but i guess this case is going no further.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond. Cointiply is a rewards platform that compensates users for completing third-party surveys and tasks. To maintain fairness and integrity for all users and our partners, we closely monitor activity for fraud.

    This particular users account was flagged for multiple high-risk indicators, including:

    * A significant portion of earnings being reversed by our partners due to chargebacks.
    * Activity originating from a high-risk region (the user registered from ******).
    * Additional internal fraud detection heuristics indicating policy violations.

    As a result, the account was suspended in accordance with our Terms of Service, which all users agree to upon registration. These terms clearly state that fraudulent behavior (such as abusing partner offers or impersonating a user from a different region) can result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

    We did receive a request from the user for further details. While we do not share the specifics of our fraud detection methods to protect the integrity of our systems, users are always welcome to appeal a decision by emailing our support team at ********************* with any relevant evidence or clarification.

    We remain committed to transparency and fairness, and we are happy to continue working with the BBB to resolve this matter appropriately.

    I'd like to make a few things clear.

    First off, during my time of using the survey services, such as CPX, tap research and bitlabs, i didn't get a single reversal, and honestly, quite a pretty consistent completion rate actually, as the record shows, around 90% of my revenue came from them.

    Regarding the region, i don't see a reasonable reason for a ban based on that, if that was the case then i should had been informed at the moment of my account creation, not before i raised a significant amount of funds, spent a dozen hours on it and invited people around me, does this means that the people i invited will eventually get banned as well then?

    Regarding the supposed policy break mentioned, i've got nothing to hide, if i did, i wouldn't have brought this case to the BBB to begin with. i'd like to mention that the app has not been updated for over a year, therefore, a large window for mistakes and misreadings.

    Another thing i'd like to make clear is how my issue was adreessed, the agent responsible for it clearly didn't put any effort on dealing with my responses, i believe some of them weren't even read.
