    Do not trust this company. I have used them for a little over 3 years to manage my property and did not have any problems until recently and this problem opened a whole can of worms. They tried to charge me $440 for unclogging a toilet and cleaning hair from 2 drains, tried to charge me for a shower curtain and rod which is a tenant provided item, overcharged me a total of around $1160 in excess management fees, inspection fees, etc. Once I wrote a bad review on them I was bribed to remove the review by property manager ****. They ended up invoking their right to drop me as a client with a 60 day notice and I immediately wanted to drop what I was paying for management fees from the 12.9% tier to the 7.9% tier and was told there was a 60 day waiting period, how convenient. Even though when I went from 9.9% to 12.9% they took 12.9% almost immediately. When I asked the owner *** ******** where is that 60 day rule written anywhere and he said it wasn't, it was just something "they do". Now I'm asking for things that I paid for in the leasing fee and they are not providing them to me and I truly think it's because they didn't do them (credit check and background check). The owner responses are very rude at times saying I don't understand thing because of my "human errors", but I think he's simply mad to be caught in the web of lies he calls a business. This business needs to be severely audited and account need to be reviewed because if I was overcharged over $1160 I can't imagine how much unearned money they have collected from everyone else.

    very unprofessional realtor. have very little places for rent yet charge 55 credit background fee and don’t even have enough properties to rent only to explain that your credit score is not good enough for their dump apartment. would never use this realtor again
