    Repairs were done on the same water main that leaked and cracked. My aunt is currently recovering in rehab and is 90 years old. Due to the pipe there is no running water in the house/not livable conditions. I called Martel to get a quote on services and one of the sons said is this the place where we put in the stairs and something with water heater and I said yes. He said hes all set as he said to me before. He didnt say that before he said to take the s*** off the internet because my aunt wrote a truthful review. I am disgusted at the unprofesinalism and my aunt is right that its not the same business as when the father was running it. If they dont want to look at the repairs then Ill have someone else do them and can sue civilly in court for the repairs. I have zero problem paying for the repairs needed and this time I will be going thru their insurance that they refused to explain the name of it. And this time I will not be taking down the review Ill be posting so other elderly people arent swindled and lied to.

    On November 1, 2024 we received a call from a prior customer, who we had a problem with in June 2022 regarding some severely rotted basement stairs that broke under the weight of 1 man.  Thankfully the employee didn't get hurt.  Fast forward 2 years later, the customer called us for a leak in the water main.  Remembering who this individual was, as we informed him back in June 2022, we are not interested in doing any work for him.  It has nothing to do with his aunt, who we have done work for years ago and never had any issues with her.  If this customer was so unhappy with us 2 years ago, why would he call for service in the first place????  Also, he mentions the father running the company with more professionalism, well that man retired from this business in 1992, and this company as been run with the same professional standards as he did.
