      I had paid Spindel Eye $1105.00 for a cataract surgery scheduled for 7-18-23 two days before the scheduled surgery. I became very ill on 7-16-23. I canceled my operation on Monday morning by 8:30 with ******* ******** who, with Spindel Eye, had been part of handling my surgery. I had also paid them $700.00 three days before July 18th. They refunded my $700.00 on 7-19-23. I have contacted Spindel Eye multiple times and they still have not refunded my $1105.00. A woman named Kelly is supposed to be helping with this. When I called on July 26 to ask about my refund, she said it would take at least two weeks because they were moving offices. I asked about getting it earlier but she was not sure it could be done. I left a message about
      two days later saying I was unhappy with two weeks and please return my money sooner. No call back! I left a message with the office manager the same day asking for help with my refund. No call back. On July 31st, Kelly calls, asks for my credit card number, Amex, and says she will try to expedite my return since she has my card number. She also said she will get my information to the right people now to move the process along quickly. I still don't have my money nor have I received any calls from Spindel Eye. I hope there is some way you can advise or help me. Please feel free to text me with information or a phone number to speak with anyone I need to. Thank you

      The refund was not processed because the patient told us she was going to reschedule her surgery. The credit card refund  was processed yesterday. Please contact the patient and let her know.
