  After saving up for absolutely ever I called this company out to fix a leak on my roof around my chimney. A pair of guys came out quickly, did an inspection of the leak and after speaking to them learned I needed to replace the roof. They later emailed me a quote which was reasonable so I decided to figure out how to pay for them to just do the whole thing since it had to be replaced anyway. I put half down. Paid the balance after completion... but it hadn't rained at that point! As soon as we got any substantial rainfall I contacted the company numerous times stating that the leak I originally called them out for was still happening. Got no response Then I finally received a response from the owner with the original quote attached and said that the quote did not state anything about a leak!Several more attempts later I still sit here with a leaky chimney and major damage being done to my property because I gave them all my money I had plus some and now can't afford to have someone else out to fix their shoddy work!They say "god bless" and their trucks say they're "roofing professionals"... total scammers!

  Tell us why here...To whom it may concern,
  I am writing to you about the complaint filed against my company Lavorgna Construction Services. In October of 2022, Mrs. ****** inquired about her roof and my crew went out to her home and did a roof assessment, finding that the entire roof needed to be replaced as the shingles were curling and falling off the roof, and the chimney flashing was cracked and needed to be replaced as well. After speaking to ********* about the findings, she disclosed at that time she only wanted the rear roof of the house done and the chimney flashing replaced.  A contract for the work to be done was written and presented to Mrs. ******* stating 50% down and Final 50% upon completion.Mrs. ****** agreed to the work, and in December 2022 the job was done. After the work had been completed, I did not hear from her for a few weeks to receive the final payment. On January 24, 2023, I reached out about the final payment,she stated that she had been in the hospital for the past few weeks and that she would be getting out the next day. She stated she would be getting us the payment but had to wait for it to be released from her 401k. On February ******* I received a message with a bunch of reasons for her delay in payment, I was trying to be understanding, Mrs. ****** stated she would send $1000 on February 10, 2023, (which was received) the final $1450 payment would be paid on March 10, 2023, (which was not received). On March 28, 2023, I reached out again asking about final payment trying to be patient but needing to be paid for the work that was done. I finally heard back on April 26, 2023, She stated she would send the final payment the next week, I finally received the final payment on May 5, 2023. On July 11, 2023, Mrs. ****** had reached out about her chimney starting to leak. On July 12, 2023, I responded that what was happening was the chimney was starting to fail as you could see calcium bleed. This is what happens when a chimney needs to be re-capped and sealed with a commercial sealer, thats how the water was getting in, and it was not due to the new roof or lead flashing. She never responded to that email, and nothing else was said again until February 26, 2024, with the same complaint. Mrs. ****** stated in her complaint that she paid after the job was completed and I can prove that was false. She also complained in July about the chimney leak and that there wasnt substantial rain, if you look at the data for the national weather report for her area from December when we finished till the final payment was received in May, each month shows inches of rainfall, with nothing reported about a leak till July. Everything that was in the work order was completed as proposed; we are not liable for the current issues with the chimney. I can provide all these dates with proof if needed.
