    Aspen ridge worst experience of my life. The manager and regional manager of all of Keystone properties in ** named ***** is rude, unprofessional and heartless. I moved her due to a **** I have on someone, and they have family and friends here. Which i didn't know when i moved here. I'm 6 months into my lease and since I've been here, there have been multiple random complaints about noise, my child, the cops coming here, and my child being seen with someone who isn't allowed on the property. But no evidence with the complaints. The manager has even told me i could be evicted for calling the cops b/c it disturbs the other tenants per ***** and if you do that person isn't allowed to drop their child off on the property. Making my child have to walk from the main highway at times. The bugs are crazy b/c people are coming and going all the time. They come in your place when they want to and let whoever says they stay here in but wouldn't let my child in who is on the lease. I have a lot more to say just not enough room but after talking and trying to reason with *****, I contacted the corporate office because I'm being evicted for destruction of private property and numerous noise complaints I didn't get a response from them after 3 attempts when i finally get ****** the director on the phone she redirects me back to ***** saying ***** knows more about NC so asked to talk to the person over her and she says there is no one. So, I'm being evicted for he says, she says complaints. Not for money reasons. Im a single mother with 2 teenage boys that has less than 30 days now to get out because this company and people are incompetent. I DEFINITYLY WOULDNT RECOMMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.

    We are sorry that you feel that your experience at *********** has been less than desirable.  Our main goal is to provide our residents with place that they are proud to call home.   Forming good relationships with our residents and addressing any complaints in timely manner are two things we strive to do. A residents peaceful enjoyment is one thing we take very seriously.  From our understanding, our property manager and regional manager both worked with you many times to try to address any reported issues but were unsuccessful.     If only there were a half star. Called to inquire about my account ledger. The person who answered the phone did not identify herself, so after tell her who I was I stated the reason for my call. The lady told me "hold on". I waited on the line for a while, when a person came back to the line I said "ok", thinking it was the same individual who I had been talking to, however it was someone else in the business office. She said how can I help you, so I explained all over again to this person (the reason I was calling; about my account ). This individual was rude, brash, and snarky for absolutely no reason at all. Very unprofessional.

    We are sorry to hear that your experience was less than five stars. Our office has many employees within it and we all do our part by helping with the phones. If an employee answers the phone and does not handle the specific topic someone is calling about, the call will be transferred to the appropriate person. For my understanding, our receptionist, who answered your call let you know that she does not handle account ledgers and that she was going to transfer your call to our accounts specialist as she was the one you needed to speak with.  We do our best to provide professional and exceptional service to all callers and are sorry that you feel that this was not the case.  Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions.

    Applied to the complex in Bangor. Gave them exact income verification. Directly from my HR manager herself with her contact information and job title attached to the document.
    They told me they wouldn’t except it with out a letterhead. And refused any other type of income verification.
    Asked to speak with the property manager.
    The property manager also refused proper income verification without ever looking at the document given to his employee and harassed my employer to get a letterhead. And then told me if he couldn’t get it he would demand I pay 3-6 rent ahead.
    My HR manager took the document they were already given and copy and pasted a “company letterhead” at the top to appease them.
    I’ve asked to speak with the regional manager and I will be reporting this to that states attorney generals office. This is the most absurd and inappropriate policy I’ve ever witness at an apartment complex.
