    I have been trying to get a referral on their website. There seems to be an issue with their website. I have written them several times and placed a phone call. I got no follow through to my request for their service. I even went to their office in *******, **. I have been informed their phone number is handled by a call center. I would like receive the information I requested.

    I did eventually receive a referral, but the process actually did not help due the length of time that I was unable to get one.  I reached out to another site.  I feel there needs to be an upgrade somewhere.  They have a call center, which you can only leave a message after the business closes.  I went through leaving phone messages, going there to their office in person, and then, emailing them.  I only got a replay after I submitted this complaint.  Law matters are usually urgent and have time restraints.  I found this service to be the poorest and unprofessional especially since this site handles NH lawyers licensing information. There are not many services that offer referral on lawyers either.  Thank you.
