The Visa card was due to expire in 2/22. I received a new card. Same number with the new exp. date of 2/25. I notified Delta Dental of the change. On 2/12 I received an email confirming that
my account was valid. Account no. 077849*****. In early March a received calls from my dentist and my oral surgeon the Delta Dental said I had closed the account. After several attempts to
clear up the problem. They credited my card and said it would take 30 days to reevaluate the
account and reinstate it. I would sincerely like to have Delta Dental reinstate my account to February whereas it was their incompetence that caused the problem by not updating their
system originally. Both my dentist and oral surgeon are waiting on Delta Dental to advise what they will cover so they can give me a projected cost for their work.
Very un-responsive.
