    Purchased trailer in cash 7/22/23. They refuse to file paperwork so I can get the title and re register the vehicle. They never sent the paperwork in to the state. The state sent 2 letters 04/24. I returned to ** from my home in ** in June 24. As the writing of this 10/15/24, I still cannot get a title or my money back. They refuse to do anything until the trailer is back in ** but I can't drive it up because I can't register it to legally use on the road. Again because they don't have the title, can't get it, and keep dicking me around as well as the ***

    I bought a 2007 ford f150 from this company on 3/21/2023. When I was looking at it The dealer refused to let me drive it stating that his dealer was on it so he didn’t want me to drive it. He then drove me to my house to pick up my money and drove me back. He went on telling me how solid the truck was and that he would put an inspection sticker on it. When I asked about getting a plate he said oh yeah, I’ll put one on as soon as you pay for it. I then called my friend and asked her to meet me there with a little extra cash cause I didn’t have enough. The dealer then asked me what I did for work I explained I was on disability and he asked what for. I explained I have a mental illness and he replied with you better be careful buying a car with a mental illness someone will take advantage of you. We then got back to the dealership and he took my cash then grabbed a bunch of papers pointing out a line on each one to sign then grabbed the paper away before I could read it. At that point he went outside and took his dealer plate and only then was I given the keys and he then told me it would be ok to drive an arrowhead car with no plates to the dmv. He also told me to go somewhere else to get the inspection because he didn’t feel comfortable doing it because I paid so little 6720 which in his opinion was too little considering the year but I could go elsewhere and get it inspected.

    I purchased this vehicle on 6/13/22 from Arrowhead Motors. I was told the vehicle came with a 33 day dealership warranty and then a 2 year extended warranty. The salesman said I would receive the information for the 2 year warranty in the mail, but still have not received this to date. They inspected the vehicle while I was signing paperwork and when we left the dealership we went right back as it was making clunking sounds. They said the heat plate was loose, and a few days later they removed the heat plate, which I didn't realize that it also removed the hanger to the exhaust which resulted in the exhaust pipe breaking and the muffler fell off. Also 28 days after purchasing the vehicle, the E-brake hardware behind the rear passenger tire fell apart and got hung up in the wheel. At that time, we realized there was no E brake cable in the first place and other parts were also missing. A few days later the dealership removed the hardware from the driver side due to the same grinding sounds. The salesman told me that he would look at my warranty and see what it covered as far as fixing this issue. 3 weeks later after calling every other day, he finally told me the warranty would not cover that, but the dealership would cover half the repair cost. Which would have left me paying $400.00 for the repair costs. Also 6 days after I purchased the vehicle I discovered the 4-way/emergency flashers did not work, so it shouldn't have passed inspection to begin with. This vehicle has to be inspected by the end of the month, however due to these issues it cannot pass and I do not feel I should be responsible for paying for the repairs to make it passable as the vehicle was sold in this condition without my knowledge.

    To whom this may concern ******* bought a car with her mother and after some time it needed e brake work, and this isn't e brake shoes, i am talking about the hardware, and it moved and it needed clips but this could have happened at any pot hole   this unit is sold with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty power train only.  And i know you think you may  have bought a new car but its a 2011, and on the road things can happen i am more then happy to take a look at it and we told her last time while you are in there you might want to do it all because its just labor intensive, she tells me no and she wants everything done for free parts and labor came to 800 dollars and i told her i could do this job for 325 to where she said again she isn't paying anything. At this point we sold her this car about a year ago inspection is coming up so maybe she just wanted to rant and get something for nothing. Also we did have to remove a heat shield as it came loose right next to the side that needed e brake hardware looks like she hit quite the pothole and she never came right back this was weeks after. But regardless removing a heat shield is not the same as removing a exhaust hanger FYI. Im sorry you have to put money in your car a year later, cost of ownership is hard to swallow sometimes.

    I do not accept the business's response as a resolution to my complaint because: There are several items in the businesses response that are not accurate.  First, I was told I had a 33 day Dealer warranty, then a 2 year extended warranty which I would receive documentation for. I've still received nothing. Also the heat shield was not weeks later, I had asked about the sound it was making when I test drove the vehicle, it was taken into the garage. They told me something was a little lose and had been tightened, purchasing and driving the vehicle home that day the sound continued, so I returned to be told that the heat shield was loose and they removed it for me. However they failed to notify me that there was no exhaust hanger, the pipe soon broke as a result. The issue with the emergency brake system, the hardware falling apart can happen when a vehicle sits for a period of time, however while we were dealing with this we discovered that the hardware was not connected to the non-existent cable. Which could not have passed N.H. inspection. Along with the emergency flashers that did not work 2 days after purchasing the vehicle. When we spoke about the emergency brake system repairs, I was told around 400 ( not 325). Also I did not say that I would not pay anything, I said precisely that I needed to speak to my father about helping me because I would not be able to afford it on my own, and that I would try to get back to them as soon as I was able. And the fact that the issue with the emergency brakes was within the 30 day dealership warranty, which can be proven with the reciept from a reputable towing and repair company.

    Sorry you are not happy, after everything it just seems you don't like the car, the warranty is on all the paper work, its a 30 day power train ONLY!!!! Maybe just stop down and we can see if we can help, at the end of the day that's probably  the best thing to do. Hope to see you soon!!!
