    I own a website called FuzzyLogic.TV Currently the web server is down but for a while it was advertising a film production I am working on called "Fuzzy Logic". The studio where I do my film recording is referred to as "Tinker's Workshop" and is physically located at ** ****** ****** ** ******* ** ****** occasionally it is mis-addressed as ** *** ****** ** ******* ** ******

    Today I received an email form Google indicating that an organization identified as "******* **** ********** uploaded several pictures that were allegedly of my business. they depict some new construction and remodeling of some homes I have never seen before and ******* **** ********* has uploaded these photos in such a way that would indicate that they are a customer of mine.

    My business does not do any type of construction or home remodeling. We are a film production company. ******* **** ********* has never been a customer of mine. I believe that they may be attempting to use my address and business listing within Google to steal views or any other business from me.

    ******* **** ********* must take these photos down immediately.

    Good evening *****,
    Shortly after filing this complaint, the owner(?) of ******* **** ********* reached out to me via facebook. At first they denied any action that would have posted their pictures to my business profile alleging that they were a customer of any sort, the further affirmed to me that we (******* **** ********* and I) had never done business with each other. However, after showing them quick screen shots of their work performed over in Vermont being listed on my company profile; they apologized profusely and admitted that somehow one of their mobile devices had been used to upload the photos and were not sure how that had happened.
    The photos have been removed from my business profile and ******* **** ********* has not communicated to me any further.
    You can close this complaint out as resolved.
