              I went to RK on Sept 11 @ 8am for an oil change. I picked the truck back up at 10am roughly. I brought my truck home and parked it until 5pm. Driving home I heard a quiet clicking noise which I didn't think with anything. When I left at five to go to the store right next to RK I heard the noise again. I checked and saw it was a screw in my new tire that their employee ran over while doing the oil change. The employee knew the screw was there due to the fact that he marked it on the tire but neglected to tell me. I went back to RK as soon as I saw the screw and he told me that he saw it. I have tried to reach the owner multiple times and finally got through to him on Sept 21 @ 3:45pm. At that time I was yelled at over the phone. I told him that I want to figure out how we can make this right seeing as it is a brand new tire. He told me that there is no way to prove that it's his fault and that he owes me nothing. I want an apology & an explanation why he didn't tell me about the screw.
