    In January of 2021 we closed on and moved into a home at ** ******* ****** *********, NH which is among 7 homes on ******* ***** developed by MJS Development. The development has been fully occupied for the nearly three years since the last home was sold in April of 2021. However, due to MJS Development's failure to meet the City of Rochester's criteria for street acceptance we taxpaying property owners are denied city services including trash and recycling. A sign posted at the approach to ******* ***** makes the statement to "travel at your own risk"! A smelly often overflowing unprotected dumpster provided by the developer sits out in the middle of the development.
