At the time, BBB had received one consumer complaint about not receiving orders for spare auto parts after placing the orders through phone calls and text messages with a representative of the business. BBB had also received numerous phone calls from other consumers who were victims of the company. One consumer attempted to pay the second part of the business's invoice via the payment processor Zelle. The account the payment was to be sent to was flagged as fraud. The business website states that they have a "hassle-free return policy." The business's website currently says that they are located at an address in Berlin, NH. The address listed is residential, and the owner has no knowledge or affiliation with a business of this type. BBB has also spoken with the local police department, which has informed us that there is no business by this name located at this address or anywhere in the town of Berlin, NH. 

To date, BBB has not been able to contact the business/owner nor received any response from the business owner regarding the complaints.
