    Submitted a drawdown request on 4/13/2025 and I still have not received the money. The lack of commutation is frustrating for loyal customers.

    have a line of credit through NHCash.com. I have requested a drawdown on April 5th and to this day Friday July 18th I'm still waiting for my drawdown to be processed. I have called several times and get the same answer. Every time I get the same answer of "we processing a very high backlog and will get an email email when its done. When I requested to be contacted by a supervisor always the say thing of "not available can they call you back" and I'm still waiting for them to call. Ive had enough and I'm very frustrated that I've had to wait 105 days and counting. It's my right to ask for my money(max $300) per their rules eventhough I have more than enough to ask for what is available. I'VE HAD IT!! I NEED MY MONEY NOW!!

    In June ************************************ loans account I have done this before and received a answer within a week it's not 6.5 weeks later and each time I call I get they are behind a supervisor will call me one time I was told by july 5th it changes each time .

    I have requested a **** back in march and its still not processed. **************** just says they are behind , but 4 months waiting for someone to review a draw is excessive for even the biggest of companies. Prior draws have never been delayed! Customer is nice but they have no real answers or timelines.

    I have an open line of credit with NH cash. It is in good standing and I have monies available. I requested a funding on April 28, 2025 and still have not been funded. When I call they tell me they are behind and they cannot tell me when I will be funded. However, I am holding up my end of the bargain by making on time payments. I would like to be funded for my monies available and requested as agreed.

    I requested a drawdown on 4/21/25 and still have not received the money. I have called numerous times and they can never provide me with real information. I have requested for a supervisor to call me and that hasnt happened. It is now July and I have no update.

    I have requested a drawdown of my account with NH Cash on March 6, 2025. It is now July 4, 2025 and I have yet to receive the drawdown. I have called several times to inquire about this and am told the same thing. They are backlogged. It shouldnt take 5 months for a drawdown.

    I made a draw down request on 5/1/2025 and as of today, 7/3/2025, it has still not been approved. I have called them twice and exchanged emails with them once. They said there is a delay in processing and they must go in order of receiving them. Either that is not true or, after reading the comments and responses on here, the company is lying in these responses because people who complained about making requests after 5/1/2025 have been approved and processed. Not sure why this is done manually but it can't be that hard to push a button to approve and process it.

    Drawdown request put in April now July and if they respond I am just told its being worked on. However I did apply for more funds and was approved for an increase during this time but again cannot access the money I was approved for because of a drawdown pending. They never have managers available which is highly unprofessional to just a generic response from a basic email.

    I was offered a settlement from ****** and I accepted and made the settlement payment in full of $186.31 but they are sending me more emails saying I still owe money.
