Our experience with Denali Building and Development Corp, owned by Na.***** and *** *********, was really disappointing. While things seemed positive at first, I had a gut feeling something was off, but I pushed forward anyway. There was a bit of pressure with phrases like the window is closing and other people are looking at the land, which shouldve been a red flag. After the contract was signed, the quality of work and communication took a nosedive. One big issue was the driveway. We had agreed to delay installing it until spring so we could properly assess the drainage, but Denali went ahead and installed it in the winter. This seemed more about getting their payment from the bank than doing it right. Once the snow melted, we had major drainage problems. In the end, we had to rip up and replace the entire driveway, costing us $32,000+. It felt like they rushed this just to lock us in before we had a chance to choose a reputable paving company ourselves. The windows were installed with misaligned frames and werent sealed properly. And recently, grout started coming up in our daughters bathroom. We had two independent tile companies come in, and both confirmed that the tiles weren't adhered to the subfloor properly, meaning we need to have the entire bathroom floor ripped up and redone. When we brought up these concerns, Denali told us that our warranty was void. They werent willing to take responsibility or address any of the issues, leaving us to handle all the repairs ourselves. Throughout this whole process, their communication was inconsistent, and many promises they made werent ******* make things even stranger, we recently caught *** flying a drone over our backyard, right around the time we filed a complaint with the BBB. We reported it to the police, and they tracked him down. He admitted it was his drone, and while they couldnt cite him for trespassing because they couldnt prove the altitude, it was just another uncomfortable experience.

Our experience with Denali Building and Development Corp, owned by Na.***** and *** *********, was highly disappointing. Initially, things seemed professional, but after signing the contract, the quality of work and communication went downhill. They installed our driveway in winter, against our agreement to wait until spring, leading to serious drainage issues which caused us to rip up the entire driveway. Once opened, we also found they used only 1-2 inches of stone and no sub grade in many areas. Additionally, poor installationslike misaligned windows and substandard bathroom workforced us to rip up parts of our home. When we raised these concerns, Denali voided our warranty and refused to address the problems.Based on our experience, I strongly recommend potential homeowners proceed with caution. Weve faced significant costs and stress due to their poor workmanship and lack of accountability.
