Date of transaction: 7/25/2023 Amount paid: $563.98 What they committed to provide: NGC MS-70 graded Peace & Morgan 2-coin set (2 sets / 4 graded coins total) Nature of dispute: They have sent me nothing and quit communicating with me after multiple attempts I have made to contact them to resolve. Has business tried to resolve the problem: I have received only 1 response 10/13/2023, saying that they would send that week and they could offer a discount. Hello,
We apologize for the issue with obtaining the certified pieces from NGC in a more timely manner. Although we state in our Terms and Conditions that Pre-Sale items are given estimated timeframes for delivery and delivery times can take longer than anticipated and because of this Pre-Sale items cannot be cancelled, we still provided the customer with a full refund check for the items on 10/23/23 and it was subsequently deposited on 10/30/23.
We believe that we have handled the situation as necessary and no further action can be taken.

I submitted an order at 8:31 am on 28 October 2022. The items I ordered were in stock with no potential delay notice. The payment has cleared! On 3 November 2022, I sent an e mail asking the status of my order and why it was still being processed. No answer to the correspondence. Today starts the second week since my order was received and all I can find out is that it is in processing. I did send another e mail requesting the same information.Business response

Good Afternoon,
We are sorry to hear about this complaint. While the order was placed on Friday, October 28th, it did not begin processing until Monday, October 31st as the order was placed after the processing cutoff time for the day. Due to active markets and busier than normal volume, some bullion orders have been shipping slightly slower than usual. At this time the order is slated to ship tomorrow for the customer and it will be shipped Priority Mail which will get the delivery to the customer as quickly as possible.
We have already responded to the customers inquiry through our website and will provide him with tracking tomorrow as soon as it is available.
