- Physical products are sold with a stated guarantee that any defects will be replaced at no cost to the client. Custom illustrations are a different matter. Time spent creating a custom piece of artwork to satisfy the client's needs are difficult to schedule, gauge and impossible to guarantee. Robert Quill offers proofing services and works to fill all custom art needs.
Robert Quill has all of his commission illustration clients sign a legal contract specifically stipulating that he does not guarantee deadlines for commissioned work, nor does he guarantee satisfaction in the final product. - Business Categories
